National Certificate in Strength & Conditioning | Practical Exam

Description

The online NCSC certification exam (practical exam only) is the repeat assessment component of the NCSC course. Participants are required to successfully complete their practical assessment in order to become NCSC certified and a qualified Strength & Conditioning coach.

Practical Exam:

• Assessed on Olympic weightlifting
• Submit demonstration of either a Clean or a Snatch
• Submit demonstration of coaching models for Clean or Snatch
• Submit demonstration of understanding of technical models for Clean or Snatch
• 70% pass grade required

Course Procedure

1. Enroll in the exam
2. Read and sign exam waiver
3. Take practical exam by uploading videos onto online platform
4. Print NCSC certificate
